CT is usually payable 9 months and one day after the end of the accounting period, please note CT filing dead is 12 months after year end but payment if any should reach HMRC early.

At present book keeping online accounting software do not provide option to prepare final CT return and file to HMRC. We use special software to produce iXBRL format for CT and statutory account to prepare and file with HMRC.

Dividends are payable from reserve left over after CT by company, there can be further personal tax liability on dividends, it depends how much other income one has and latest dividends thresholds.
